Look with your eyes, not with your hands.

domesticity Spent two quick days wrapped up in my film research - ordered some at home reading to bolster my Fellini knowledge. (thank you amazon cheap-used-book-godsend service). And I have also been bit by the domestic adventure bug - a dangerous thing when it comes. My cousins have had a softball game every night recently, leaving me to fend for myself alone, or leaving my aunt and I to our sophisticated culinary ways (well, not that sophisticated). But tonight i made a tasty stir-fry and black beans and rice. For John's arrival on Sunday, I want to make my own guacamole and just looked at what food network had to say on the subject. While I was at it, I printed out some salsa recipes too... these are good summer experiments... but guacamole is a must. |
