Such a minute fraction of this life do we live: so much is sleep, tooth-brushing, waiting for mail, for metamorphosis, for those sudden moments of incandescence: unexpected, but once one knows them, one can live life in the light of their past and the hope of their future.

A grad student muses on her life, film, friends, politics, reality televizzle, and music.

Teddy Cheddy

Unpacking my room, I found a box of Nabisco's new Teddy Cheddy crackers. In the same box, I found Triscuits. Now, Triscuits accurately refers to the contents of the box, there is, much to most consumers' expectations more than one salty tasty cracker inside. And the not so distant cousins of the Teddy Cheddy, (Teddy Grahams) are properly pluralized.

Go figure. It's not like Teddy Cheddy is from the Latin implying plural either.
