the female gaze

Look with your eyes, not with your hands.

Such a minute fraction of this life do we live: so much is sleep, tooth-brushing, waiting for mail, for metamorphosis, for those sudden moments of incandescence: unexpected, but once one knows them, one can live life in the light of their past and the hope of their future.

A grad student muses on her life, film, friends, politics, reality televizzle, and music.

Say Cheeeezzzzzzeeee

I am still no great purveyor of complicated web design, but I finally gave my homepage that facelift I've been promising for some time now. I cleared out a lot of the old and outdated stuff, but some of my graduation pics are finally on display on the main page. I cut down most of the site so it is now just two or three picture pages, but I think you get most of the nitty gritty on this site and I have all the links you'd ever want to your left. <--------------------------------------

So visit, stay a while, return. Make my hard work worthwhile.

As a disclaimer - I don't think I have any disparaging photos on my site of any friends. If, upon seeing the site, you see something you'd rather not have up there, just email me and I'll edit. Having this blog has made me acutely aware how quickly privacy can disappear.
