Big Days

Since time is of the essence, I'll confine myself to outline speak.

1. The TAA is on Strike. I was a bad striker yesterday, so I need to get dressed, put on a propagandistic t-shirt and show my solidarity for my TA bretheren.

2. I got a job. A job teaching Hollywood cinema to senior citizens. Not that I know a lot about Hollywood cinema, but I can keep up the momentum, and for $40 an hour, watch me do that with a smile on my face. Since I'd only teach in the morning, I'll probably get a mindless summer job too, but at least I'll feel better about it with something "worthwhile" on my plate.

3. I've re-vamped my approach to housing next year... it looks like I'll be living with an incoming student. I think it'll be easier (financially and logistically) and I'll get my living room with coffee table.

4. I am going to LA with Patrick in a few weeks. Very excited for a vacation, very excited to finally see that "other" coast.

5. I've added a new key to my keyring...
